The practice at Roadhouse is if they sit you later than promised, you'll get a free appetizer. We tried to claim our appetizer because we were sitted later than the time clock, so we thought!!
Presilla, came with her hefty little lap top to show us we were seated 2 minutes earlier---She just had to PROVE US WRONG!! What the heck ..HOW RUDE!! A $5.99 appetizer??? If it were my restaurant, I'd want to welcome clients back with customer svc.
Poor customer service practice and BY THE WAY, I WAS A SECRET SHOPPER, SO THEY'LL HEAR FROM ME. AND BY THE WAY, the Mgr. Precilla, didn't even notice all the expense we had incurred in all the drinks we had already purchased!! AND THEIR CHICKEN FRIED STEAK WAS HORRIBLE!!
NOT HAPPY WITH TEXAS ROADHOUSE!! We also ordered 3 STEAK DISHES.
