I go to Texas Roadhouse every Wednesday with my son and usually one other day during the week. The manager John has always been nice tonight my steak was burnt and usually is great med.
rare is always ordered, well after asking for another one 30 minutes later the steak came and a young man came out and asked was it under cooked over cooked, I told him burnt it was to be rare he states here is another, by that time my son was done eating so I asked for mine to go. I paid and as I was getting receipt the young man finally came to ask how the second one was and I explained too late had to get it to go. He then offered a appetizer for next time I said keep it I just wanted a steak with my son in a timely manner.
Chris and John are usually nice I feel like this young man should not be a manager and has no business checking the satisfaction of a customer... Very disappointed
