I still haven't gotten my gift card! The waitress was very rude!!!
My food was burnt and my hubby spent 102$ but on this particular day it was mother day! Such a disappointment! Then my niece graduated! And the service was terrible!
One girl say I don't mean to be rude!!! But they not going to mess up her money!!
By splitting her table! Just pitful!!

My order was messed up .I order steak for a family of four and when I reach my destination and presented guest with food the meat was raw blood coming out. On one ate their food had to throw it in the garbage. Tried calling got someone but they put me on hold, called back x 6 " no answer"

On November 9, 2024 we took our daughter and granddaughters to Texas Roadhouse in Lehi Utah, we ordered our dinner they brought out our dinner salads and while we were eating them our granddaughter told her mom that something is crawling in her salad, There was a stink bug in our daughters salad the manager can asked if she wanted a new salad, at that time nobody was going to eat their salads she said sorry about the bug in the salad and said she would discount our bill. She discounted our meal $15.00.
That doesnt even cover the cost of our daughters meal, let lone the rest of us who lost our appetite!
Very poor customer service there was a LIVE BUG in the salad! We want to talk to someone at the corporate office!

5/4/2025 I was trying to enjoy my meal at 4636 South Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, 46614. But the party next to us had children that were out of control, kicking the booth.
We asked for the management, which never came, so after waiting for some time, we asked again for the manager. He walked by and never said anything to us twice before one friend went to talk to him, and his response to us was nasty and disrespectful. Also, he said that he stopped and asked me if things were okay, and I told him he never came to our table and said a word, which he never did. He called me a liar.
He said that I was going to have to leave. I really don't want to return to that place again.

My stopped for early bird dinner at the location on Terrell Texas.When we placed the order we told our server Tasya that we were veterans we showed her our ID she gave us no veterans discount and failed to give us the promotion price of $11.99 for our dinners she had to re-print a receipt gave us a big ordeal. I called the manager not only the manager was rude.
He was racist and had a very bad attitude. he did not want to give us the veteran discount when in fact, I have gotten both.The promotion price is for all the customers that arrive from 4: 00 PM to 6:00 P:M I dine in Texas Road House at least twice week for the past twenty years.

Verified Reviewer |I was rudely spoken to by a server in the Jacksonville, Florida restaurant. The store location is #750, Rivercity Market Place - City Station.
A server who was not our table waitress spoke to me in a very unacceptable & inappropriate manner. In my opinion it felt racist.
I informed the acting manager at that time. She stated she would speak to her. It happened on a Tuesday. I called the Guest Relations on Sunday.
Approximately 10 min later the store manager called me. He stated he had never heard about the incident. He assured me that he was going to meet with them both the following day (Monday). Said he would follow up with me.
Today is Thursday and I haven't had any feedback. He confirmed my phone number and email address when we spoke on the phone. I am so disappointed with the establishment. He further stated that he would send me a coupon for two.
However, he sent an electronic certificate in the amount of $40. I am a regular watcher of Undercover Boss. I know your CEO wouldn't be pleased with this type of representation. At this point I would like to get a status update.
I'm not looking for the server to be terminated, but do expect some type of conflict resolution. Otherwise, I will request going to the next level and speaking with the CEO. This is in part to the many times that I have patronized your business and led others to dine there as well.

The manager come to our table as we were finishing our meals and asked how was every thing.
I expressed to him that I believe our Grey Goose on the rocks was watered down, and that our sweet potato and baked potatoes were not served to us until our meal was almost finished.
At this point he made excuses that they ran out of the potatoes. And that it happens at times.
This meal was on Friday night at 4:30 pm. I responded that it is still early in the night, and I was looking forward to having sweet potato with my fillet. At this point he literally walked away from our table not offering a resolve.
I don't typically make complaints, but our meal was costly and the fact that he did ask us if every thing was ok then walked away was shocking to us. Why bother asking the customer if the meal was good if you are unwilling to make it right.

I come here all the time, today there is a 9 o’clock closebuy couldn’t be seat at 8:05 and they told me there were people in their cars waiting for their reservation to be called, straight up lied to.
Never seated a single person after I got here. If theyre gonna stop seating at 8, they need to change closing time to 8

My family attended our son's service at The Bridge in Anderson, SC on Friday night, the 22nd of Nov. We were hungry and wanted to celebrate.
We entered the Texas Roadhouse at 10:15, 45 minutes before closing. It was obvious we were not welcome. Everyone was busy cleaning, and we had a surly young man as our waiter. We ordered quickly, with no alcohol, and were served food almost unfit to eat.
My filet was like leather. My husband ordered the filet and shrimp. His food was okay, I guess (he has dementia), but the bread on his plate was so hard it must have been placed on his plate deliberately. We passed that bread around the table just because it was like a little brick.
There were five of us, and my grown kids were very polite to the waiter, even though my daughter had to have her rare steak sent back for medium rare— it came back well-done. No one but me wanted to complain. My ticket for two people was $49.82. The ticket number is 120080.
The server's name was Geyer.
The location was the Texas Roadhouse, 4119 Clemson Blvd., Anderson, SC 29621. The phone number is 864-225-****.

My bible study group of 10 people came in on a Th. night at the Texas Roadhouse in Corona Ca.
We were broken up in to 2 groups, a table for 6 and a table for 4.
Posted on the Texas Roadhouse website shows there are daily specials. Since we came in Th., again posted in the website was a special ribeye steak pricing. I asked the waiter Jose who had no idea about the special and neither did the manager Ethan who went on to say he had no idea so he assumed this particular T.R. did not honor the special.
It's disturbing that the manager has no idea about their own website's specials, not fair at all to consumers, it's downright dishonest. The waiter also informed us that gratuity would be added for a large party, but again our party was broken up, and we were only a party of 4.
My receipt shows a tip manually hand written and added to my total. If it was legit, it would have been automatically added not hand written.

last night letting certain people go in before there time and letting black people wait longer. the management knows what they are doing and praise them.

December 30,2024 at 9pm, my husband and stopped to eat at the restaurant in Hickory, NC. Never have I had the worst food from there!
We will not be back and I will let everyone I know learn about my experience. First my husband ordered a prime rib, didn't have that so he got a ribeye medium rare. It was gray in the center not cooked right. They didn't cook mine right either.
I ordered mashed potatoes, ran out so I was offered a baked potato then Isaiah comes back we are out of potatoes would a sweet potato work? I said okay I ordered a Togo order for my son. After eating and waiting for about 50 minutes I am told they don't have my Togo order ready. I said cancel it and they did.
I asked five times waited about 30 minutes to speak to the manager. She or he NEVER came out.
The only good thing about our dining experience was Isaiah our waiter. He was very nice and helpful.
