My bill with tip included was $69.30 but was charged $83.16. Which to me means the server changed her tip amount. Was told by customer service that someone would be in contact with me in the next 48 hours. I am also calling the restaurant directly when they open today qt 3 p.m.

Store closing before time

Came in at 9:48 pm and store said they cant service me because store was closed but the store is scheduled to close at 10pm. Ive worked In restaurants and whatever time the schedule said that was the time we stop accepting customers. Hostess Brandi said the store closed at 9:30.

Veterans Day meal rejected by Kennewick WA store manager

I received a Texas Roadhouse Grill peel n stick label as my guarantee for free meal in future date as no meals were provided on actual Veterans Day. When recently trying to utilize my free meal, I was told my sticker received on Veterans Day was not an actual. Meal voucher and I would not be able to use what I was given on veterans day

Call In Order

Calling in an order at the Brooklyn, Ohio location is almost an impossible task, the waiting time is super ridiculous, then someone will answer just to put you back on hold for another 20/30 minutes. This is unacceptable and need drastic action now. Trying to order online is just as difficult. For whatever the reason they are always experiencing a high call or something, lie, lie lie

Because they lied. They ate the food, it was prepared the way they asked, since they ate the proof the restaurant could not prove that they made it right. What a disgusting person the poster is.

Bad experience

Order not remembered manager never came and spoke with me or addressed my concerns. Never fixed my orders.served cold food...............................................................................................

If you had no issue eating the food, you should have no issue paying for it. Visit a soup kitchen if you cannot afford to eat out.

Confrontation with an employee

I dont know his name. The manager said that I threaten the employee I am a welcomed customer to come back and I am the one that brought it to his attention apparently the girl seem to be on drugs or acting strange she had a $50 bill of mine and would not make change to give me my cash back and I felt like it was important for me to get my cash back sooner than she had it then she involved other customers in her disgruntled behavior towards me talking about me

Extremely disappointed

Never had a problem after 15 years of patronage at least 25 times a year. Wrong steak delivered as well as after other person had meal and finished. No management seem genuinely concerned. I also contacted your website already in the message center and did not get a return message from there as well

Terrible service

Waited an hour to be sat, was not greated by a server for over 15 minutes when we were sat. After be sat it took another to get our food. When we got our food the food order was wrong. Spoke to the manager and she stated your the one table that has a bad experience tonight. Will never go back to that location and will leave reviews about your restaurant rude staff and hurendus servicene

Filthy disgusting enviroment

My spouse and I was seated in a booth with trash and food on the floor. Waited 30 minutes long enough to watch the workers wipe food off the tables to the floor trash was never picked up. They just crammed the chairs back under the table. Did not sweep or clean under the tables. The whole entire place was filthy . Better to go outside and use toilet the toilets were terrible unclean nasty. No soap picture that! The staff was dirty looking not a clean TX Roadhouse. Green beans were soured rank in bacon grease. Very bad experience for along awaited evening out.

Recent visit

I was very disappointed and disturbed that your greeter did not require a family group entering the restaurant to wear a mask that states on your door that "wearing a mask is required." It would be helpful and in the best interest of customers for everyone's health and safety if your policy would be applied from your host when customers are not following your displayed rules. Thank you for your interest in resolving this issue. My visit was on May 16, 2021, at 130 PM
