The ignorant, discourteous management here and at the corporate office just don't get it the customer is always right and don't care if you offend their guest. A waitress name Lynn, from Boston, wore a bright Red Boston Red Sox Shirt at work when the Red Sox were playing the Houston Astros in the playoffs and getting beat.

Some of the servers had Astros *** on and many guest wore theirs too. Lynn, however, was arrogantly walking around flaunting her shirt, smiling and sticking out her chest. This was unprofessional, alienating, unprofessional behavior quite offensive this was being in Texas. Then again, that is what Northerners Yankees do.

I called corporate in Louisville, Kentucky who really did not seamed to care and took down the information. I later spoke to the managing partner Mike at the restaurant who told me the servers could wear whatever they want and did not care if she offended others. In fact, Mike said, the way we beat them the first two games and how they came back and beat us, I would of done the same thing and rubbed it in their face. I immediately hung up and called corporate again.

I spoke to Julie who just was just as callous and insensitive.

Totally oblivious preaching team spirit day wearing your team shirt was more interest about trash talking comment than offending guest. Julie would only apologize and as John Wayne Said, Never apologize it only makes you weak.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Are you kidding? LOL.

Cry a river, build a bridge, & get over it. Is it also offensive that black people drink from the same water fountain as you?

This is the 21st century. Grow a pair lol.
