I always go to Texas Roadhouse especially on special occasions. Well tonight we went to the one in Danvers MA it was my sons birthday there were 7 of us.

First of all only two of us ate. My son who's birthday it was did not get to eat and we all left upset my son's birthday was ruined. They ordered steaks two different kinds one was supposed to be rare and the other well done. Well they mixed them up and the rare was overdone and the well done was rare.

We asked them to fix it and waited another half hour and they gave us the same plates back cold. My daughter in law never got her food, I ordered a salad and it was wilted lettuce with cheese on top. My other son had ribs and when we got home his stomach was hurting him. I am extremely upset and my son's birthday was totally ruined.

They did take the two steaks off the bill...but I feel that more should have been done. Karen L.
