I placed a pickup order at 5:15 pm and was told it would be about 20 - 25 min. Order was for 2 bone in ribeye dinners.

It is now 6:15 pm and I was just handed my order. I was told that the order took a long time due to them having to bake the brownie. How can this possibly considered acceptable service? You tell me to pick something up in 20 - 25 minutes and I wait 30 minutes after the time you gave me and I'm supposed to take it?

They sure as *** didn't hesitate in charging me as soon as I got there.

The least they could've of done is warned me it was going to be another 30 minutes on top of the 25 minutes quoted so I could take my money elsewhere. Idiots.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.
