We had a party of 14 that ended with 9 showing up. We called ahead at 5:55pm with an arrival time of 7pm.

Half our group was tring to find parking in the small lot. We were told we have to wait 15-20 mins. Once the rest of the party arrived, we were told another 15-20 mins. I then called the customer care hotline to explain the situation.

The rep apologized and stated an email will be forwarded to the manager. We were finally seated, back to back booths at 8:05. A general manager came to our table to offer free appetizers for the table. We ordered food at 8:15..didnt come until 9:10 and orders were messed up.

My son wanted to celebrate his birthday there because he loved a previous visit out of state.

We were all throughly dissapointed and will NOT return. I doubt if anything will change with this review.
