Hello I placed a order over the phone last night and was told to arrive about 7:20 I came to the location to pick up my food and it wasnt until 7:39 that I received my order which is fine because I know you guys are very busy, but then once I paid for my order I explained to the young lady that I wanted to check all the food to make sure it was correct since I drove about 25 minutes to your location the lady said that was fine I moved to the next window to look at everything. I started noticing my order was not completely there, as I tapped on the window to inform the young lady she told me she was with other customers and slammed the window on me.
I politely went to the other window and said excuse me maam my order isnt complete she said well Im with other customers i explained to her Im a customer as well and Im a paying customer that already paid for my food and its not right, she then took my entire order and told me to hold on. About 10 minutes later a manager came to the window asked what was the problem I informed him about everything that just occurred and he said I will make sure everything is there and sorry about the inconvenience we are just really busy at the moment( made me feel as if I wasnt important enough as a paying customer. He then brought my food out about 8 minutes later and said he checked everything and I was good to go.
I get home and guess what my food still isnt right and I was still missing items . I am very upset about this nor do I deserve to be treated that way.
Possibly stolen air pads
I ate a meal there left went across the street to my hotel, realized I left my EarPods at the restaurant on the table I ate at. I turned on my locator and it said they are in the back of yalls restaurant.
I had a really nice young lady try and help me with them she looked around the table and said they were not on the table not in the back room, I left my name and phone number as I was walking out I went around the restaurant and followed my locator to yalls back door as I approached a man came out with two trash cans and walked by me my locator didnt move at that time I called and talked to someone about again and told them its saying its at the back of the restaurant so they drug the last two trash cans out were I was at and said you can dig for them if you want however I put my phone over the top of them and the locator said they were still in yalls restaurant. I then went to the front and asked for a manager and after a minute she came out at first she was kind of nice and them seemed irritated because the restaurant was very busy. I told her what happened and I said that they're not in a trashcan because the trash was taken out and two other cans were pulled to the back and had about a quarter of trash at the bottom, but the locator said they were not in there. They were still saying they were in the back of the restaurant, the manager said they didnt have time to look for it which I understood however, I told her that theyre still in the back of that restaurant and theyre not in a can and that I suspect that somebodys got them in their pocket or they placed them somewhere there in the back room.
She told me that she was done talking to me and said I needed to leave. I ate there this week twice at that restaurant today and the day before.
I eat at yawls restaurants at least four or five times a month Im a district manager for a company thats located in Concord and was on a district manager meeting so I travel a lot and I spend a lot of money in yawls restaurants. I just feel like someone took them and they didn't want to do anything about it and didnt believe me.

Was not happy that your company policy is not carry through every restaurant in reference to excepting any and all coupons whether they’re expired or not. Some places say we accept them all
I submitted an expired coupon because thats what they excepted at town center in Jacksonville at all times. Two managers there also told me the same thing dont throw them away all Texas roadhouse as well except them.
When I moved to a Ocala and went to the one and only restaurant here, which I have to travel 20 minutes to get to, they said no. When I called Customer service, she said its not a corporate rule its a restaurant manager rule. If you have restaurants over the United States, then your policy should be the same. You lose customers by not being consistent was not happy at all.
Dont know if Ill travel 20 minutes to go again Ill just find another steakhouse which more than likely isnt as good as Roadhouse. In my eyes, marketing such differences, reflect on your customers coming coming back or not.
Unfortunately, the manager at the Ocala location did not even offer us a free appetizer since mine was expired just to keep us happy. in todays world/time you need that.

I will next eat at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant again. The customer service is horrible. Trust no one that work at those restaurants.

Why didn't you get your order straight when you had the manager right there???
What don’t you understand? Yes you are a customer but they were with someone else.
You are right, you are a customer. But you are no better than other customers that she dealing with.
In first grade, we learn to wait until someone is not busy and not interrupt someone who is talking to someone else. The other customers are also paying. They are not getting anything free. You do deserve to be treated as an equal.
You are important, but so is everyone else. Also, your English is so poor, no wonder two people messed up your order.
