My waitress was rude , our food came out completely wrong . I really love this place but I am soooo disappointed. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager available . I and 3 friends were there in 09/15 around 7:30 . It was busy however the young lady should have been more professional. We paid our 88. 73 bill and left early barely finishing our meal and drinks . I was very disappointed

Want my property back

Someone at your Steubenville, OH location took my fluffy black shawl and I want it back. I left it by accident and went back to get it and the girl was very quick to say that it was not there. Didnt even look for it. That tells me someone took it. I want it back. Left it there on September 19, 2023 when I was there for a fundraiser for a local grade school. Can you please check with the Management of the store. Thank you.

Texas Roadhouse - Treated horribly

Hello I placed a order over the phone last night and was told to arrive about 7:20 I came to the location to pick up my food and it wasnt until 7:39 that I received my order which is fine because I know you guys are very busy, but then once I paid for my order I explained to the young lady that I wanted to check all the food to make sure it was correct since I drove about 25 minutes to your location the lady said that was fine I moved to the next window to look at everything. I started noticing my order was not completely there, as I tapped on the window to inform the young lady she told me she was with other customers and slammed the window on me.

I politely went to the other window and said excuse me maam my order isnt complete she said well Im with other customers i explained to her Im a customer as well and Im a paying customer that already paid for my food and its not right, she then took my entire order and told me to hold on. About 10 minutes later a manager came to the window asked what was the problem I informed him about everything that just occurred and he said I will make sure everything is there and sorry about the inconvenience we are just really busy at the moment( made me feel as if I wasnt important enough as a paying customer. He then brought my food out about 8 minutes later and said he checked everything and I was good to go.

I get home and guess what my food still isnt right and I was still missing items . I am very upset about this nor do I deserve to be treated that way.

You are right, you are a customer. But you are no better than other customers that she dealing with.

In first grade, we learn to wait until someone is not busy and not interrupt someone who is talking to someone else. The other customers are also paying. They are not getting anything free. You do deserve to be treated as an equal.

You are important, but so is everyone else. Also, your English is so poor, no wonder two people messed up your order.

Possibly stolen air pads

I ate a meal there left went across the street to my hotel, realized I left my EarPods at the restaurant on the table I ate at. I turned on my locator and it said they are in the back of yalls restaurant.

I had a really nice young lady try and help me with them she looked around the table and said they were not on the table not in the back room, I left my name and phone number as I was walking out I went around the restaurant and followed my locator to yalls back door as I approached a man came out with two trash cans and walked by me my locator didnt move at that time I called and talked to someone about again and told them its saying its at the back of the restaurant so they drug the last two trash cans out were I was at and said you can dig for them if you want however I put my phone over the top of them and the locator said they were still in yalls restaurant. I then went to the front and asked for a manager and after a minute she came out at first she was kind of nice and them seemed irritated because the restaurant was very busy. I told her what happened and I said that they're not in a trashcan because the trash was taken out and two other cans were pulled to the back and had about a quarter of trash at the bottom, but the locator said they were not in there. They were still saying they were in the back of the restaurant, the manager said they didnt have time to look for it which I understood however, I told her that theyre still in the back of that restaurant and theyre not in a can and that I suspect that somebodys got them in their pocket or they placed them somewhere there in the back room.

She told me that she was done talking to me and said I needed to leave. I ate there this week twice at that restaurant today and the day before.

I eat at yawls restaurants at least four or five times a month Im a district manager for a company thats located in Concord and was on a district manager meeting so I travel a lot and I spend a lot of money in yawls restaurants. I just feel like someone took them and they didn't want to do anything about it and didnt believe me.

Still waiting on 1000.00 of refunds on 2 cards. You contacted them. I just have to wait. I also have lowered my rating of them. I do not suggest using the table payment method. That's what happened to me. I also appreciate the help you gave me

Was not happy that your company policy is not carry through every restaurant in reference to excepting any and all coupons whether they’re expired or not. Some places say we accept them all

I submitted an expired coupon because thats what they excepted at town center in Jacksonville at all times. Two managers there also told me the same thing dont throw them away all Texas roadhouse as well except them.

When I moved to a Ocala and went to the one and only restaurant here, which I have to travel 20 minutes to get to, they said no. When I called Customer service, she said its not a corporate rule its a restaurant manager rule. If you have restaurants over the United States, then your policy should be the same. You lose customers by not being consistent was not happy at all.

Dont know if Ill travel 20 minutes to go again Ill just find another steakhouse which more than likely isnt as good as Roadhouse. In my eyes, marketing such differences, reflect on your customers coming coming back or not.

Unfortunately, the manager at the Ocala location did not even offer us a free appetizer since mine was expired just to keep us happy. in todays world/time you need that.

The Ocala location is a privately owned franchise. It is not run by corporate.

They are however required to follow all policies of the company. That includes honoring the coupon as it is written. The other location is just being lazy by accepting expired coupons because they don’t want to deal with a disgruntled customer.

That manager will get his paycheck either way. Using expired coupons or expecting free items does nothing more than eventually drive up prices.

My rice was cold my chicken was not seasoned with the garlic herb spice, so they took forever to bring me another one and when they did it was salty, my wife broccoli was cold they never brought me a ranch.and I wrote the manager the same day he never responded which was August 5th and I've wrote hime at least 3-4 times since then till now . Still no response

Was issued a $100 gift card with a zero balance in March 2023. Called for replacement card & it happened again. The card was used in Tucson, Arizona. (I have never been to Arizona).

I will next eat at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant again. The customer service is horrible. Trust no one that work at those restaurants.

Horrible service

It was 8:20pm after driving hours from coming back from a family funeral I was in no mood to make dinner I walked into road house she told me they are no longer sitting anyone I stayed on I like to go she stated they shut down the kitchen they are not taking anymore order or people even though they closed at 9pm its Sunday !

Absolutely THIS LOCATION IT WAS 8:20 pm THE LADY TOLD ME THEY ARE NO LONGER SITTING ANYONE AND NOT TAKING TO GO ORDERS THE MANGER SHUT DOWN KITCHEN, I LOVE TEXAS ROAD HOUSE ! Unfortunately THIS NIGHT WASNT A PLEASANT VISIT .
